The following similarities between cults and sects identify them:

1. It is most important to understand that our Father answers prayers that are in His will, (1 Jn. 5:14-15!) This is how we “know the difference between the “Spirit of Truth and the spirit of error… to overcome [deceiving teachers…] the spirit of the antichrist,” (1 John 4:4-6; 1-3!) Apart from preaching false dogma, (which is deadly enough,) across the broad spectrum of Christianity, (from Catholics to Baptists, Reformed Protestants, Pentecostal Charismatics, and all other churches,) clergies manifest ‘signs and wonders’ that do not fit into the Truth of Scripture, (Jn. 14:15-17; 13:34-35.) So, even in orthodox Catholicism and Reformed Protestantism, (which reject the Scriptural gifts such as speaking in tongues and miracles such as the supernatural healing of the Holy Spirit — if not in dogma then in practice,) so-called “ordained priests, ministers, and reverends” have the so-called ‘power’ to sprinkle little babies and new converts with ‘holy’ water’ or the occult water ‘god;’ supposedly ‘baptizing them with ‘the holy spirit’ to ‘save’ them ‘eternally.’ In addition, Catholic priests also have the ‘power’ to turn bread and wine into the “actual body and blood of christ” to feed it cannibalistically to their congregation. But the Real Holy Spirit does not manifest miracles through those who do NOT keep to His Scriptural Truth and Moral Law commandments, (1 Jn. 2:4; Acts 5:32.) Thus, even visible spiritual manifestations that are devoid of obedience to true Scriptural standards, originate from kundalini and various other forms of demonic power — which is raw witchcraft.

2. Throughout Christianity, leaders pose in masonic stances on photos and paintings to distribute their dogmas, music albums, and books — and they also give masonic signs during singing and preaching. Those, such as Hall Lindsey and Tim Lahaye of ‘Rapture-Left-Behind’ fame, openly minister under the demonic five-pointed Jewish star, (neither David nor Jesus or the apostles ever had a ‘star,’) the Knights Templar Cross and Crown, and other satanic banners. Sooner or later, most Christian leaders proudly display the true spirit behind them. Some may hide their masonic affiliation for years, but, unless prohibited by the Illuminati for a specific purpose, leaders give their masonic signs to show who actually brought them to fame and fortune. We must never fool ourselves to think constant masonic and other satanic signs can be “accidental” or “innocent.”

John Wesley, Anglican/Methodist Reformer, Calvin’s right hand in Scotland, also “affirmed the perpetual virginity of Mary, the Mother of God.” Thus, one still finds the Roman Catholic “Madonna and child with a votive candle rack and prie-dieu in Methodist Churches.”

If these superrich, famous masonic leaders do not show their allegiance to Satan, it would be impossible for them to function in such lofty positions in the churches and in the political world. Often, as in the case of cult leaders like Jim Jones and David Koresh, one cannot find masonic evidence against them because, to hide some hidden agenda, it suits the Illuminati to protect their masonic affiliations. However, as with all raw Satanists in Christian cloaks, we can be certain it was not Jesus of the Bible Who catapulted them to fame and fortune through their mega falsehoods; unprecedented extortion, and church corruption. Didn’t Jesus warn that “the world will hate and persecute true disciples just as it hated and persecuted Him?” And where even “two or three are gathered together in His Name, there He is in the midst of them?”

· There are great similarities between traditional and charismatic, well-rehearsed leaders, who are all supported and upheld by the ruling ‘eldership’ or hierarchical clergy of their church organization. Proudly they all place themselves above reproach and personal accountability, mostly without their members’ knowledge of what they are actually teaching and doing, (1 Pet. 3:15; Heb. 13:17.) These so-called leaders assume so-called “super anointed” positions that make them “masters” who “lord over the flock,” (1 Jn. 2:27; 1 Pt. 5:3.)

· The similarities continue among leaders who do not abide by Jesus’ New Testament/Covenant Moral Law of Love and it’s Moral precepts and commandments, such as Jesus’ prescribed ecclesiastical discipline in Mt. 18:15-20. Yet, they demand unquestionable church loyalty and obedience to church doctrine, certain parts of the ousted Old Testament’s Ceremonial law, and to themselves.

· Similarities flourish between all leaders, who place personal Scriptural interpretation, the false dogmas and practices of their churches, unscriptural visions, prophecy, and their own ‘spoken word’ above the written Word of God and the Biblical teaching and leading of the Holy Spirit.

· All such leaders absorb unscriptural “authority” by not practicing or teaching mutual submission in everything true and Godly, (Gal. 5:21.)

· They all lack Scriptural impartiality, spiritual discernment, and of course, a love of real Scriptural Truth, (1 Jn. 1:1-4; 2 Ths. 2:10.)

· Such leaders all bring, disseminate, and condone teachings that do not fit into the context and chronological order of Scriptural truth, (1 Cor. 14:29!) E.g., They all dreadfully blend and confuse the two very different Testaments or Covenants in the Bible.

· All these leaders build their god’s ‘Kingdom-Now’ churches, (God will turn this bad world into a good world,) while ignoring or minimizing the True Spiritual Kingdom of Christ in the “hearts” of all true believers, which is the only true temple of the indwelling Holy Spirit, (Jn. 18:36; 1 Cor. 6:15-20.)

· All these leaders fix attention on themselves and their church views and doctrines by abusing the truth of Scripture. True leaders will focus all the attention on Christ Jesus according to the true contextual Truth of the Real Bible, (Jn. 16:13-14.) This is not to say that leaders cannot teach by example from their own life-experiences as well — which excludes self-conceited boasting, of course, (2 Cor. 22:29.) Here we can definitely include the so-called “god-fathers and god-mothers” of traditional sects like Catholicism, Calvinism, Lutherism, and all their many cultic divisions or denominations. Such leaders even write their own Bibles, and call their churches by their own names. I.e., the Oral Roberts University, Jimmy Swaggart Ministries; Jehovah’s Witness Watchtower, Seventh Day Adventist Clear Water bible, Joyce Meyer Everyday Life (red-letter) bible, Kenneth Copeland Reference Edition bible, etcetera. (Only Jesus’ Words used to be in red letters in the Bible, now Meyer and her counterparts’ words are too!)

· All these leaders focus on one particular doctrine, (child and other sprinkling-baptism, Sabbatarianism, the so-called “Jewish” Names of
Jehovah or Jeshua; tithing, the spoken word or Rhema, signs and miracles, prosperity, the gift of tongues, ‘Mother’ Mary, Mary Magdalene, etcetera,) instead of seeking and preaching the entire truth of the Bible to “rightly divide the Word of truth,” (2 Tim. 2:15-16.)

· Most of these leaders claim “extraordinary personal salvation.” They were “grabbed” and supernaturally saved by God, often without personally desiring and seeking salvation, and directly placed in leadership and other church positions without first understanding and living even the basic truths of the Gospel of Christ. Paul commanded in 1 Tim. 3:6, “[Leaders] must not be young believers so that they do not become conceited, [self-important, puffed up or proud…]” Many of these leaders actually suppose that they “always belonged to God” and thus, were allegedly ‘saved’ without personally accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior – which is impossible, (Jn. 1:12-13; 3:16-17.) Some even use the salvation of Saul on the Damascus Road to justify such wild assumptions. But in reality, Saul was strictly schooled in the Scriptures while blindly in bondage to Pharisaic rule. God sovereignly saved him to become Paul; God’s original instrument to the early Gentile nations.

· These leaders, even the traditional ones, according to themselves and/or their many denominational dogmas, claim exclusive Scriptural knowledge and extra-Scriptural revelations, even of the spirit world. Some say they receive ‘special’ revelations of heaven and hell, and/or maintain that God speaks so explicitly to them that they have a ‘special’ relationship with Him that no one else understands. Some even hear God speaking to them all the time, telling them exactly what to wear, where to sit and stand, etcetera. Through this ‘special’ relationship with God, they allege they are not compelled to obey the Scriptures (or even their audible voice of God,) because they can stubbornly argue with God. If they are wrong, God will then “push” them wherever He wants them to be. [Some allege this is how they ‘test the spirit’ behind the voice speaking to them – what nonsense!] God warned in Heb. 3:7-14, “Today, if you hear My voice, do not harden your heart as in the rebellion… [as the Israelites did, who] tested Me…” God will never override our normal brain functions and the simple decisions for our lives – which is our personal responsibility. God continuously speaks to us all through the truth of His Word; the whole Bible, interpreted in context. That’s why it is our personal responsibility to study and obey all Scripture in the whole contextual truth of the Bible. If we have real knowledge of God’s Word, we will know that God never speaks outside the “all truth” of His written Word.

· So, like their spiritual ancestors the Roman Catholics, church and other clergy believe that God placed them as ‘mediating prophets between Him and the people;’ positions such as the ousted Old Testament/Covenant Moses and Elijah occupied, (Heb. 1:1-14; 8:13; Rev. 22:18-19; Acts 10:25-26.) Hence, the many false doctrines and divisions or denominations of Christianity and other schisms. However, God stated that during the Old Testament dispensation or covenant, He spoke to the Israelites through prophets like Moses, but during the New Testament dispensation or covenant, He speaks to His true believers through His Son Jesus Christ — or the entire truth of the Whole Bible! (Heb. 1:1-2.) 1 Tim. 2:5 declares, “There is One Mediator between men and God: the man Christ Jesus.” In fact, in Scripture, God only spoke audibly to His true prophets on occasion about really important matters, (Heb. 1:1-14; 1 Cor. 12:4-31.)

· Many of these bogus ‘Moseses or Elijahs’ allegedly lead people “out of the world’’ by isolating them in church systems, and on farms and other “end time havens,” (like cult killers David Koresh and Jim Jones did,) where they even cultivate their own food, etcetera, while they allegedly shelter their followers from the effects of the “coming apocalypse.” However, Paul taught in 1 Cor. 5:9-10, “[You cannot go out of this world physically… But] do not [fellowship] with immoral people… named brothers…”

· These church sects and cult leaders, from the Roman Catholics to the Jim Joneses, who believe they are ‘interceding’ ‘Moseses’ or ‘Elijahs,’ ascetically force in various ways and to various degrees the use of food, clothing, intimate relations, and church duties onto their followers. But Paul warned in 1 Tim. 4:1-4, “The Spirit expressly says that in the latter times some will depart from the faith… forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving…”

· These so-called ‘Moseses or Elijahs’ and other church clergy who also supposedly “deliver’’ their followers from all kinds of demons, (spanning from the Roman Catholics to the Koreshes, have a lot in common with each other. Scripturally, however, they themselves are demonically infested and controlled and, therefore, harbor a multitude of unscriptural and thus extremely sinful practices such as their adherence to false doctrine and pagan, Christianized church forms.

HOW WILL WE KNOW WHAT IS GOD’S REAL TRUTH?

How to know God’s Voice, is the question. If we live “circumspectly,” truly desire God’s truth and sincerely seek and ask our Father for “all truth,” He will never give us any form of deception, (Eph. 5:15-20; Jn. 16:7-14.) Our heavenly Father will never “give us a stone when we ask for bread” or a poisonous snake when we ask for fish, (Mt. 7:9.) Jesus also promised in Jn. 7:17 that doers of God’s will will know the truth! The 1991 Spirit Filled Bible comments, “The teachings and claims of Jesus will be accepted by those who are intent on doing God’s will!”

From the context of God’s Word it is clear that no one can be deceived unless we decidedly choose to be disobedient to God’s contextual Word. Unless we choose to believe the lie, we cannot be deceived. Of course, not knowing God and not seeking His truth, we were all deceived at some time. But unless true believers now choose to believe false teaching, refuse to ‘grow in knowledge and in grace,’ and most importantly, choose to submit to false spiritual authority, we cannot be deceived. God gave everyone a completely free will and the great privilege of free choice. Salvation, redemption (freedom) and blessing are free choices – but they are only attainable in and through Jesus Himself and His complete atonement in our place, as revealed in the full context of Scriptural truth, (Mt. 7:12-29; Jn. 1:12-13; Col. 2:1-15; Gal. 3:10-14, etc.)

Paul explained in 2 Ths. 2:9-12, “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not [choose to] receive the LOVE of the truth, that they might be saved…”

Cult leaders and their members all, at one time or another, willfully decide to follow a false spirit and their leader that is guided by it instead of obeying the inward voice of the Holy Spirit and the Truth of God’s Word, which “convict” every person on earth of sin, “righteousness” in Christ, and “judgment” should they disobey, (Jn. 16:8-10.) “And if they [choose to disobey, God will allow them to come under] strong delusion, that they should believe the lie [they have chosen.]”

Make no mistake - cult leaders and their church members are sincere in their beliefs. They are under strong delusion. Most can recite nearly the entire Bible, yet they remain sincerely deceived, because, if you are a Jehovah's Witness, you study the Bible from the perspective of the society’s Watchtower teachings, etc., which all focus on their false leaders, teachers, and prophets such as Charles Russell and Joseph Rutherford – among others. If you are a Catholic, you focus on Mary and the pope, and so on. If you are a Seventh Day Adventist, you focus mainly on an unbiblical view of the Sabbath and the teachings of their false prophetess Ellen White. If you are an Old or New Apostle, you focus on the false ‘mouth of the apostle,’ not the truth of Scripture, and Biblical facts such as Jesus’ resurrection and return, heaven and hell, become merely a spiritualization of Scripture or actually, a ‘state of mind.’ If you are a Lutheran or Calvinist, you cling to the doctrine of Predestination, Baptismal Regeneration, and so forth. If you are an Oneness Pentecostal, you focus on the Name of ‘Jesus Only’ and deny the Godhead of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. If you are a Baptist, you ignore most of the powerful gifts of the Holy Spirit such as speaking in true, Holy-Spirit tongues. If you are a Pentecostal or Charismatic, you believe that Old Testament tithing buys or earns the blessing of God; tongues is the ‘evidence’ of the baptism ‘in’ the Holy Spirit’ - (which is actually ‘merely’ one of the gifts or signs of the Spirit, Mark 16:16:18; 1 Cor. 14:2, 22;) ‘slain or killed in the spirit’ is a Biblical miracle,’ etcetera.

The deceptive maze of false doctrines that Satan has devised for us never ceases to amaze!

Let everyone know that Jesus commanded us to flee from false teachers, false doctrines, and false spiritual practices.

There is no other way to deal with lies, deception, and the persistent twisting and other abuse of Scripture.

We must get away from them – as far and as fast as we can, as we tender for our lives here on earth and especially for our eternal lives in heaven!

MURDEROUS POLITICAL/RELIGIOUS ESTABLISHED CHRISTIAN CULTS AND SECTS THAT RULE ENTIRE COUNTRIES

The masonic yet glorified church fathers of Reformed Protestantism, in particular Martin Luther, John Calvin, (founder of the Dutch and other Reformed churches, actually had the nerve to accuse medieval Baptists of cultism, calling them heretics, who must receive the death penalty. This ‘verdict of hereticism’ or ‘speaking against the ‘Divine Church,’ gave Calvin, Luther and their secret ally the Vatican, a license to brutally murder Baptists and other so-called ‘heretics’ by the thousands with the help of their ruling monarchs.

I am not a Baptist, and I must say that studying modern Baptist and other church theology makes me cringe. Nevertheless, in essence, I respect Baptists because they still believe that the Gospel has to be preached to the world as Jesus commissioned, so that all those who personally choose to believe in Him would be saved through individual faith in Christ, and then be baptized in water as Jesus modeled and instructed, (Jn. 1:12-13; Gal. 4:6; Mt. 29:18-20.) On the other hand, Calvin and other Roman Catholic/Protestant church fathers and their followers practice the Roman dogma of Baptismal Regeneration - among all their many other Christianized doctrines, which the Vatican originally claimed from paganism and which Protestantism still teaches.

Their “church ordained” priests and ministers administer this “saving, sanctifying sacrament” to their church members without preaching the Biblical Gospel of Christ to the person and thus, without the person’s personal faith in, and acceptance of Christ. They baptize babies because these little ones have no say in the mater. They do not know that they are doing to them. Even more horrendously, during this church sacrament or Christianized pagan ritual, they allegedly simultaneously “baptize” unbelievers and unbelieving babies “with the Holy Spirit” by using the occult power of the water god during their ceremony or ritual of sprinkling water - (Mt. 28:19-20; Jn. 1:12-13, Rom. Chapter 6, etc.)

Roman Catholicism and Protestantism’s religious/political persecution during the Dark and Middle Ages, as well as their more subtle psychological abuse against other sects and cults, (such as discrimination, name-calling, and shunning,) and especially against Jesus’ innocent Biblical believers, is nothing new. In fact, it was the Hebrew temple-establishment that first planned and insisted on Jesus’ torture and crucifixion, and the eradication of all His true disciples, because they refused to accept the status quo!

Although sincere believers know that every Word of Jesus Christ is true, it remains a shock to our human system to realize how incredibly real the Word of Jesus is in the lives of every sincerely and Biblically born again believer in Christ! (Jn. 1:12-13; 3:3-5.) His Biblical disciple, Paul, as most other disciples of Christ throughout all the ages, had to endure much of what our Master had to suffer in our place. Jesus did not warn in vain, “...They will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues (and churches.) You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake as a testimony to them… You will be hated by ALL for My Name’s sake, but he who endures to the end will be saved… A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If they have called the Master of the House Beelzebub, how much more will they call those of His household…” (Mt. 10:16-31.)
